Lichen Nitidus

Lichen nitidus is a benign, chronic inflammatory skin condition characterized by small, shiny, skin-colored or whitish papules (small, raised bumps). It typically affects children and young adults, and while it can occur anywhere on the body, it's most common on the limbs, chest, and abdomen.
